Advanced Girls

This is the last level of our recreational, (noncompetitive) classes. This noncompetitive class is equal to competitive Level 3. We continue to improve our basics and move forward to more complex skills on the Bars, Beam, Vault and Floor. At this level students are putting the skills they learned in a full routine. It is

quite common for athletes to remain at this level for several sessions, or longer as the skills they must master begin getting more complex. This class has a class ratio of 12-1.
