LEVEL 1 Girls and Boys

Our Level 1-Beginners class is an intro level class, most appropriate for students ages 6-12 years old who have little to no formal recreational gymnastics training. These 1 hour fun and fast moving classes are open for girls and boys and is structured by both, age and ability level, based on the Nationally recognized curriculum of USAG. Students work on Floor, Bars, Balance Beams, Vault, Trampoline and Tumble Track. These classes are great for kids wanting to focus on specific developmental skills and drills
that will benefit them in not only gymnastics but every other sport they may try throughout their life including acrobatics, dance, cheerleading and even martial arts. Class activities begin with a structured warm-up, training on the apparatus, and a fun finish at the end of each class. This class has a class ratio of 8-1
