LEVEL 2 Girls

This class is best suited for kids who have some formal recreational gymnastics experience. We continue to improve our basics and move forward to more complex skills on the Bars, Beam, Vault and Floor. More conditioning and stronger stretches are added at this level to ensure the strength and flexibility to perform these skills. It is very common for athletes to remain at this level for several sessions, or longer as the skills they must master begin getting more complex. This class has a class ratio of 8-1.
